个人简介:

Lim Kaim Soon graduated from the National University of Singapore with a bachelor degree (honours) in Business Administration, majoring in finance and investment. He is also a fellow member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK. He studied his Executive MBA with the Helsinki School of Economics, Finland.

At present, he is the director of Analyz Business Consulting Pte Ltd. He is in charge of overall company operations, business development, financial control, project management, and corporate secretary matters.

Kaim Soon is the corporate trainer with few local as well as overseas consultancy and training institutes. He conducts workshops, seminars, and trainings to staff of statutory boards and business corporations including Hitachi, Housing and Development Board (HDB), Port of Singapore Authority (PSA), YCH International Ltd, Times Publishing Ltd, AON Consulting, Singapore Law Society, etc. Through his firm, Analyz Business Consulting, he provides financial consultancy services to local as well as foreign companies, in Singapore and the People’s Republic of China. His areas of specialization include financial and management accounting, corporate investment and financing, as well as corporate due diligence.

Kaim Soon teaches finance and accounting related subjects at tertiary levels. At present, he is the lecturer for degree programmes offered by the University of Bradford (UK), University of Wales (UK), University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) (UK), Macquarie University (Australia), and Murdoch University.

His past working experience covers financial control and general management in banking, insurance, retail and manufacturing industries.

Lim Kaim Soon is a corporate trainer with the Times Management Institute (TMI), and the Singapore National Employer Federation (SNEF).
